Continuous Improvement

Third Thursday Webinar - January 15, 2026

Topic: Clinical Governance as a Catalyst for Excellence: A Performance Evaluation Perspective

Details: Clinical governance is rapidly evolving from a compliance requirement into a strategic leadership framework that drives quality, safety, and sustainable transformation across healthcare systems. This webinar, led by Dr. Naifah Hamoudah, MD, GRCP, GRCA, will explore how modern clinical governance can serve as a catalyst for organizational growth and high-reliability care delivery.

Third Thursday Webinar - February 19, 2026

Topic: QAPI: It's Not Just for Long-Term Care Anymore

Details: When CMS piloted QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) in September 2011, no one could have predicted how it would positively impact the lives of residents and patients in nursing homes. By 2013, it became a Requirement of Participation for centers receiving Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements. Since then, CMS has continued to develop tools and resources to make this program effective in moving from reactive improvement (the QA) to proactive improvement (the PI). We've seen it applied in many industries and sectors. Join us to learn about these practical tools to assist you on your performance excellence journey.
