TPE Becomes an IHA Entrusted Partner
The Partnership for Excellence (TPE) is pleased to announce that on April 15, 2025, it entered an agreement with the Indiana Hospital Association (IHA) to become an IHA Entrusted Partner. The IHA Entrusted Partner program is a strategic initiative designed to connect IHA members with beneficial products and services within Indiana. It aims to broaden the available marketplace resources and solutions for IHA members. The program supplements IHA’s Endorsed Business Partner program and TPE is one of the first three organizations to become an IHA Entrusted Partner.
TPE is the Baldrige-based program serving Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, and Illinois. TPE's mission is to cultivate organizational performance excellence and continuous improvement across all industry sectors. By leveraging established frameworks, TPE assists organizations in optimizing operations, enhancing leadership capabilities, and improving overall performance. TPE offers multiple pathways to support organizations in their pursuit of excellence, including training, assessments based on the Baldrige Excellence Framework®, site visits, feedback, best practice sharing, leadership and professional development programs, as well as networking opportunities.
Health care is the one of the largest industry sectors engaged in using the Baldrige Excellence Framework® to improve organizational performance and TPE has worked with several health care organizations on their improvement initiatives. TPE President and CEO Margot Hoffman stated, “We are excited to partner with IHA and help their members enhance performance through our programs and services.” She continued, “We have observed the significant benefits that health care organizations have gained through implementation of the framework. We are eager to witness more hospitals and health systems in Indiana utilizing these performance improvement tools.”
IHA represents over 170 hospitals, ranging from rural facilities to statewide health systems. Through advocacy, leadership, and partnerships on health and safety initiatives, IHA supports hospitals in serving patients and strengthening communities.
