2023-2024 Baldrige Year in Review
In 2022, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)announced that, “Over the past 20 months, the leadership teams at Baldrige, NIST, and the Department of Commerce have been discussing the desire to enhance the reach and impact of the Baldrige Program. After much deliberation, we have decided to initiate a comprehensive, independent review to “reimagine” the Baldrige Program.

We Welcome Illinois to the TPE Communities.
We are pleased to share that The Partnership for Excellence (TPE) and the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center (IMEC) have reached an agreement for the Illinois Excellence Recognition Program to transfer from IMEC to TPE. The goal of the agreement is to provide the state’s Baldrige-based award recognition program the best opportunity for multi-sector success.
IMEC and TPE are working together to fully transition the Illinois Excellence Recognition Program to TPE by January 1, 2023. We are excited to have Illinois join The Partnership for Excellence and look forward to their engagement in the TPE community.
